I've never had a hot stone massage. But that's going to change soon at Spa espacenomad.

The St-Laurent Blvd spot offers new spa packages including the Cosy Honey (75-minute Hot Stone Massage, Hot honey and jasmine wrap). Then again there's the Indonesian Beauty (60-minute Swedish or Californian massage, Blood orange or Chai exfoliant, Juara Indonesian facial). What about Wonder Woman (Swedish, Californian or Shiatsu massage, Rose and calendula exfoliant, Juara Indonesian facial, Warm honey and jasmine wrap.) For the man in your life, there's Field and Stream (60-minute Swedish massage, Essences of cedar and spruce exfoliant, Sandal-wood, lime and cucumber facial).

Aaaaah, spa menus, I'm relaxing just thinking about the treatments.

   I go to espacenomad all the time and can honestly say that their massage therapists are the best in Montreal. When I leave there I am so relaxed and rejuvinated! And the new location is amazing...

   I can't wait until my next visit.
